Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Total customer satisfaction is the mantra on which we operate. There could be a few instances where unforeseen events like transit damages or complete loss in transit might happen. To take care of such issues the following provisions shall apply:

  • Product lost in transit 

If you do not get the product within 20 days of shipment, please let us know. We will arrange to ship it again, no questions asked.

  • Product badly damaged in transit.

We will provide replacement free of cost. We may ask for a few images for our record.

  • Minor damages

In case of minor damages such as scratches in transit, we will compensate depending upon the extent of the damages.

  • Wrong product/size ordered

Customers are requested to be doubly sure about the type and size of the product that they are ordering. In extreme cases, we will ship a replacement for a nominal charge. 

  • Returns 

Returns are acceptable only in the case of manufacturing defects or error on our end leading to wrong product sent.

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • No requests for change of color or size can be entertained after shipping.
  • Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However it can be modified for size/color provided we are informed well in time.
  • Refunds 

Normally no refunds are admissible. However, in case of undue hardship, if any, HulaHoopsIndia can process partial/full refunds at its discretion.
